29 May- How would you feel if you were surrounded with loads of scrumptious food delicately embracing you with their aroma? And, especially, if you were a foodie? And, specially, if you visited
You would be going “Mmmm”, undoubtedly, like me. Hey, how come my pals dint tell me about this place? It’s like a dream and you would be extremely foolish if you dint visit it even ONCE in your lifetime. Am I right or am I right?
Well all I can say is if you haven’t been there you’re missing something.

28 May- I was looking up completely useless stuff on the internet when I suddenly remembered an article that my dad had written about Britney Spears. (Check it out at www.sanjaytrehan.com) it was about how many people hated Britney for “stealing the charts from women who could perform much better than her” and being “horrified that she was influencing young girls who were actually looking up to her as a role model”.
Ok, so I can agree that the things she does are really NOT COOL and she is a terrible role model but come on, give the girl a break, she’s only, what, 22? Mistakes happen with everyone, it’s just that she keeps making them with no effort to work on improving.
The “mistakes” are:
- Dressing as if she doesn’t have enough to wear and practically prancing around in her underwear.
-Lip syncing on stage while she’s supposed to be LIVE.
-Everything, practically, about her is fake. She wears hair extensions, has had breast implants (in spite of her denying she’s not. I mean, come on, no one jumps from size A to D in a year), and even her public image is fake (“ I don’t smoke, drink and I’m a virgin)
- She treats her fans like crap that’s why she’s stuck with the name Bitchney sneers.
There’s a whole load of reasons more why she’s made so many people angry. Enough probably to intensely dislike her, but not hate. C’mon, she's not THAT BAD. Its her life and if she doesn’t want to listen, can we do anything? But I guess I was wrong and my suspicions were confirmed when I typed in google I HATE BRITNEY SPEARS and my Gosh! She has more hate sites dedicated to her than Saddam Hussein and Osama Bin Laden.
But I don’t want to kill her. I’m sure many people will not agree and its because of them that the site petitonspot.com has been created. Well all I can say is that she’s young and has a lot to learn. But if she continues to be like she’s now I can guarantee she wont have many supporters and I certainly will be among them.

WHAT I HAVE LEARNT IN THE PAST WEEK:
1. Stop wasting water. Soon, there will be nothing to waste .
2. A person can be judged by how he treats his inferiors not his equals.
3. Friends can make you successful but enemies can make you very successful
25 May- Very slow day. My friends have recently created their email accounts and mostly all of them have done it at Hotmail! I ask you, what is so great about that service? Is it just the name or what?? I asked my friend about this and she said in a know it all voice-“ You know, Yahoo! Is meant for older “businessy” people whilst Hotmail is for the younger generation”
Full crap! Does she even know what’s she talking about?? Take a Midol, pal, you seriously need it.
24 May- what is with my friends??? They seriously can’t make up their minds.
The reason for my frustration and bemusement is that all of us were planning to meet sometime today. One second, I’m all ready and glowing in the periwinkle outfit I’ve worn and the second the tremulous ring of the phone is heard.
It was not my friend, asking for the directions to my house or another one asking what she should get. Instead it was to tell me that her relatives had dropped by unexpectedly so she would be unable to come. She also informed that my other friend also couldn’t come because of the travel problem. I put the phone down with a bang and the next second it ran again. Over the ringing I said loudly” lets hear their excuses” and picked it up with a bellow. “Uh Soven, your in a right mood” squeaks the said friend and further went on to tell me that she couldn’t ALSO come as her family had made a hurried decision to see the horror flick Naina. I curse that film! May it flop! May whoever who sees it say it’s a crappy film!
23 May- Today, I spent nearly the whole day completing my Cloning project. What are the risks of Cloning, what animals have been cloned, should humans be cloned etcetera.
What a cool animal that Dolly was. Unfortunately, at that time I was sadly not even aware of her existence and now that I am she is DEAD. Boohoo!
22 May- I have to conclude that today was possibly the dreariest day ever! At least for me. Researched today on the internet for my science project based on Cloning and my history project on how
In the night we saw an excellent show called Padmalakshmi. The show basically emphasizes on one thing: be what you are. Don’t change yourself for others.”
Very touching and true. The girl who played the main role was Pallavi of Remix serial. Unfortunately I don’t know her name so Pallavi she will remain.
21 May- My friends Gautam and Ishita came to “Home sweet home” today and we spent time catching up and reminiscing. All in all a very satisfying day.
20 May- I am a music buff, plain and simple. Recently heard the song of film Dus and , needless to say, am gaga over it. Also made plans with friends to catch up with each other and then go shopping, after that a treat at Cum Sum, our local restraint. Will be fun. I’m soo looking forward to it!!!
19 May- This is really funny! A girl, her id girl_mad4u is troubling my friends, though troubling is not the word maybe stalking. She sends mails to them saying “ I know what you did last graduating class; you like him but he will betray you” and so on and so forth.
Whoa, gal, you’ve seen I know what you did last summer film way too may times. I know what you did last graduating class?? Yeah, that’d be got wasted, or worse smoked a cigarette or even worse broke up with my boyfriend! Haha..I told my friends to send mails suggesting that but they got all worried and said this was not the time to joke.

Very depressing chat filled days but in the night of the 18th things did take a turn for the better. Never knew that the One Love song sung by Blue would be so difficult to find but I’m still trying. You never know.

Communication Skills
I really wonder if summer is a time to enjoy or worry about the workload heaped on us called: holiday homework”. Agreed, some of it in small amounts is mandatory and useful for us we do not need the extra option. This if you ask me is what makes homework no fun at all. It should be interesting and short but educational and I won’t believe you when you say topics like these are very difficult to find. This you see is why we are such a mixed up generation. Cuz no one tries to understand us and see that we have our views too which may seem silly at that time but further on, who knows?
I’m no Subhash Chandra Bose to keep on droning about what the Indian society lacks. Although his points were actually right and that time it was a much serious situation. Also, I really respect him so I guess I take that back.

gosh! It is a long time after I’m writing my blog. If this continues, I might have to denounce it! Ha-ha.
Music’s my passion. Indian idol Abhijeet Sawant sure has churned out a superb song!
Faakhir’s Maahi Ve is already a favorite. And, of course, who can forget Kelly Clarkson’s (American Idol) breakaway.
These artists are amazing! If you haven’t heard of them (which is unlikely) and are itching to get your hands on a new CD labeled “COOL” by all the popular kids the above are the ones for you. The music’s worth it.
If you, unlike me, do NOT read Harry potter then I recommend you take it up. “It’s awesome” are fans favorite quotes which is rightly said
Anyways, who watches remix? C’mon, don’t tell me you don’t! It is the NEW GEN-Y serial. I mean, EVERYON WATCHES IT!
